  • Jobsearch with recruitment services
  • Global Networking and CV / Resume introduction
  • Webinars for interactive networking and labor market information 
  • Personal job openings and vacancies seminar.

A 6 months transition.

In principle 30 hours (15 sessions) of individual (career) coaching: 

 

  • Personal career analysis and assessment
  • CV / Resume, networking and application training
  • Network introductions with new employers, Globally
  • E-coaching through Skype or one-one
  • Jobsearch, Recruitment services
  • Webinars for interactive networking and labor market information
  • Personal job openings and vacancies seminar
  • Relocation advice and assistance
  • 1 Workshop of choice and need ( Hallmark Academy)

Evaluation Objectives: To evaluate the competencies, “professional identity”, career options and personal interest and objectives of each person.
 
The HRBC Method: A full career appraisal will be carried out, using a proven methodology and tools to highlight achievements, talents challenges and motivations. A personality “check up” to identify dominant characteristics that will help the person understand themselves better and help them move forward.   Psychometric and personality tests Throughout the program, the Coach / consultant will pay particular attention to the psychological state of the employee. Extra support will be given if and when necessary. Particular attention is given to senior employees (over 55 years old), a specific HRBC GROUP methodology.
